Amsterdam

So after the possibly the longest trip from London to Amsterdam in history, We had a couple of nice relaxing days in Amsterdam, We visited the Van Gogh museum took in a photography exhibition by Richard Avedon at the FOAM.
On Friday morning Craig, Anna and ourselves went for a pancake breakfast, Nigel had a pancake pie which turned out to be layers of pancake an filling (spinach and cheese on this one). I didn’t really see loads of tulips except these ones:

It was raining pretty much the entire time we were in Amsterdam, I hope that bodes well for the mountains.
Friday evening we caught the overnight train to Munich.

Food of the stay: Has to be the pancake pie, it was delicious.

Rosko recommends: the Richard Avedon exhibition at FOAM.

  1. Well Nige, Springtime has certainly hit the Dam now. The tulips are all in full bloom, and the trees are just starting to blossom around the beautiful canals.
Oh yeah, and Australia beat Uzbekistan 2-0 in the WC qualifier – South Africa here we come, bro!
