Koblenz is an ancient city whose name actually means ‘confluence’, appropriatly, since it sits on the confluence of the rivers Moselle and Rhine. Because of its location there are a large number of castles nearby which are just ripe for exploring by 5 boys.
They are not easy to get to through, and, it turns out they are frequently closed.
